April Updates – Shipping Labels, TikTok UK/AU, Order Enhancements, Bug Fixes, and Speed Improvements

As we enter the second quarter of 2025, we're excited to roll out an exciting batch of improvements and optimizations designed to enhance your online selling experience with 3Dsellers.

New Features: Shipping Labels, TikTok UK/AU Support, and Multi-Item Order Enhancements

In April, we're launching some exciting new features that add essential functionalities to 3Dsellers. We've added an integrated shipping label generator, support for TikTok UK and Australia, plus improved insights into multi-item orders in the order management platform. Find out more about each of these exciting new features below!

1. Shipping Label Generation is Here!

You can now generate shipping labels for order fulfillment directly from your 3Dsellers dashboard! Whether you're fulfilling orders from eBay, your online store, or another sales channel, generating and printing shipping labels is just a few clicks away. This means fewer steps, a significantly reduced likelihood of costly mistakes, and overall faster order fulfillment, all without leaving your workspace.

The label generator currently supports major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with more integrations coming soon. Start using shipping labels by heading to the Orders Manager and selecting “Create Label” under eligible orders.

2. TikTok Integration Expands to the UK and AU

After launching TikTok Message integration in the US last quarter, we're thrilled to announce expansion into the UK and Australia! Sellers in these regions can now sync TikTok messages directly into the Helpdesk CRM to manage conversations alongside those from other channels.

To get started, simply connect your TikTok account in the Integrations tab, and consolidate your customer communication channels today.

3. Detailed Views for Multiple Item Orders

We've upgraded the Orders Manager to include deeper insights into orders that include multiple items. Now, you can view complete breakdowns of each item within a single transaction — quantities, SKUs, titles, and more — directly in the table view.

This update is especially useful for bundle sellers and high-volume stores who could particularly benefit from more detailed order data.

🛠️ Bundles Tab Sorting: You can now sort your Bundles by attributes such as name, quantity, and more to better organize your catalog.

🛠️ Contacts Tab Upgrade: We've added new columns to the Contacts Tab for clearer, more useful customer data.

🛠️ Faster CSV Imports/Exports: We've upgraded our infrastructure behind the scenes to make CSV file actions noticeably faster.

🛠️ Bulk Action Performance: Bulk edits, updates, and actions now process more efficiently thanks to infrastructure improvements.

Bug Fixes

🔄 Bulk Action Timeout: Fixed an issue where some bulk actions would take too long or fail to complete.

🔄 Reports Load Time: Addressed delays with loading and exporting Reports to make them faster and more reliable.

🔄 Auto-Message Field Issue: Fixed a bug where dynamic fields weren't populating correctly in auto-messages.

🔄 Draft Weight Transfer Bug: Resolved an issue where product weight wasn't carrying over properly to drafts from templates.
