🔄 [Helpdesk Fixes] - Resolved an issue causing Helpdesk messages to appear as unread messages on eBay.

🔄 [Helpdesk Fixes] - Fixed an issue causing cases and returns to not return any details and appear empty in Helpdesk.

🔄 [Listing Editor Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing 3Dsellers hosted images to not load in the image editor.

🔄 [Orders Manager Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing eBay orders to show as pending, even after they had been delivered.

🔄 [Billing Fixes] - Fixed an issue causing an internal server error to be displayed when attempting to purchase a subscription.

🔄 [AI Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing an internal server error when trying to generate SEO.

🔄 [AI Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing AI processes to get stuck and never finish generating.

🛠️ [Auto Messages Improvement] - Updated the Filter system to add additional sending conditions for Auto Messages

🛠️ [CSV Improvement] - Implemented the ability to export descriptions on Draft Listings using the 3Dsellers Listing Report.

🛠️[Listing Automation Improvement] - Removed from Beta giving all users the ability to add tags or perform other actions on listings upon creation.

🛠️[Helpdesk Improvement] - Implemented an update to respond to changes in eBay's new messaging system. Messages responded to in Helpdesk will once again be set to read on eBay.

🛠️[Digital Goods Improvement] - Updated Digital Goods Key Character Limit from 355 to 700 to allow for longer keys.

Here’s how it works:

When you open a ticket, you'll see the profile icon of any Agent currently viewing or taking action on that ticket, along with a status indicator showing what they’re doing. This prevents multiple Agents from accidentally handling the same issue and ensures that customers receive clear, timely responses.

With Active Agent Collision Detection, your team can work smarter, save time, and maintain a professional customer experience.

Introducing Manual Order Creation in 3Dsellers Orders Manager

Expand your sales management with the new Manual Order Creation feature! Whether you sell through platforms not supported by 3Dsellers, operate a brick-and-mortar store, or handle offline sales, you can now create orders manually in the Orders Manager.

Key benefits:

• Print invoices and packing slips for manual orders.
• Automatically adjust the available inventory for included items.

How it Works:

1. Click the Create Manual Order button in the Orders Manager.
2. Select the SKU(s) for the items in the order.
3. Choose an existing customer or create a new one.
4. Use the Advanced Options to mark the order as paid and/or shipped.
5. Click Create to finalize the order.
