🔄 [Offers Manager Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing eBay offers to disappear when you tried to accept them.

🔄 [Helpdesk Fixes] - Resolved issue causing Amazon messages to not come into Helpdesk. Improved Amazon integration stability

🔄 [Helpdesk Fixes] - Fixed an issue that was causing outgoing messages sent outside of 3Dsellers to not be visible inside of the platform.

🔄 [System Fixes] - Completed an update to optimize our Digital Goods offering on Shopify

🛠️ [Listings Improvement] - Added the functionality to edit/add strikethrough pricing via CSV (for eBay approved accounts).

🛠️ [Listing Improvement] - Enabled the ability to add videos to eBay Motors US Listings. This action can be done one at a time, from inside the Listing Editor, or in bulk with a bulk action.

🛠️ [Infrastructure Improvement] - Updated Servers to decrease the frequency of AI Generation "Limit" errors. Usage Limits are determined by plan level.

🛠️ [Listings Logic Improvement] - Implemented "Best Match" Logic when copying car part compatibility from another listing, decreasing instances of errors due to missing compatibility fields.

🛠️[Helpdesk Improvement] - Added "Ship By" Date to Helpdesk Order Details sidebar. Previously only viewable from the Orders Manager

Keep better track of your orders with New Extended Order Details

Here at 3Dsellers, we understand that converting sales and shipping orders is only half the job. Making sure the customer's order gets safely to their door and that they're satisfied with their purchase is just as important when it comes to giving you and your business an edge over the competition. 3Dsellers is already an industry leader in bringing you tools for assuring your customer's satisfaction and chasing down those extra Positive Feedback, but now we have gone one step further and introduced Extended Order Details to help you track you the status of each order from the moment the order is placed.

Now see advanced Order Tracking information for each order such as:

• Order ID
• Sales Channel
• Paid/Unpaid Status
• Shipped/Unshipped Status
• Shipping Cost

How to Utilize Extended Order Details in Orders Manager

The Extended Order Details Column has been added to all 3Dsellers accounts as of the writing of this article. By default, it is active on the orders manager but moved all the way to the right side of your Orders Manager view. All columns in the Orders Manager are drag and drop, so you can just slide the Extended Orders Detail Box into whichever position is optimal for your work flow. If you wish to deactivate the Extended Orders Detail column, you can use the Column Options button seen below to bring up the menu and simply uncheck the Extended Orders Detail box to remove it from your view.
