New Features: eCommerce Consulting, GPSR Functionality, and TikTok Message Integration

1. eCommerce Consulting Services

You asked, and we made it happen: introducing our new eCommerce Consulting Services!

Consultation services enable you to speak with an ecommerce expert for assistance with any online selling problem or decision. Our experts specialize in growth strategies and workflow optimizations, and are available for consultation at a rate of $80/hour. Additionally, our experts are available for onboarding onto any supported sales platform and provide you with platform-specific assistance at a rate of $70/hour.

2. GPSR Fields for EU Compliance

To help our EU-based users and sellers who sell to customers in the EU stay compliant with new product safety regulations, we've added functionality for GPSR Fields. Now, you can easily add your GPSR Responsible Party Information to your listings, and save GPSR preset templates that can be applied to listings in bulk.

• To add GPSR fields, navigate to the new GPSR tab in the Listing Editor.
• If you're managing multiple listings, use the Bulk Actions Menu to add saved GPSR templates in bulk.

3. TikTok Message Integration in Helpdesk CRM

We've expanded our platform integrations to include TikTok Messages! You can now add your TikTok account via the Integrations screen and sync messages from TikTok directly into 3Dsellers' Helpdesk CRM to seamlessly manage TikTok communications alongside your other customer support channels. This feature currently only supports US-based TikTok stores, with support for other regions slated for this summer!

New Feature Updates

🛠️ Filter Options: Added new filter capabilities, including GPSR and Business Policies filters, to make it easier to manage your data.

🛠️ Drafts Table Update: Added a creation date column for better organization and tracking of drafts.

🛠️ Orders Manager Update: Enhanced the Orders Manager table to display all individual items within a bundle.

🛠️ Listing Table Update: Added a Total Order Quantity Column to provide more detailed order information.

🛠️ Inventory Management Update: Added functionality to reallocate inventory back to Warehouse Quantity when an order is canceled

Bug Fixes and Functionality Improvements

🔄 Bulk Action Bug: Resolved an issue that prevented all bulk actions from completing successfully.

🔄 Packing Slip Bug: Fixed a bug affecting the generation of multipage packing slips.

🔄 UI Fix: Addressed a bug that made some options, like inventory, invisible in the Bulk Actions Menu.

🔄 Auto-Messages Bug: Fixed an API error that caused issues when attempting to auto-send messages from the Marketing Tab.

🔄 Helpdesk Bug: Resolved an issue where messages opened in Helpdesk would still appear unread on eBay.
