FAQ
Kyozou is a web-based listing, inventory, order and shipping management system for multichannel sellers. You create a listing once and post it to several marketplaces, keep stock in sync, manage warehouses and process orders. It also offers its own webstore that syncs with marketplace listings.
Kyozou starts at $199.99 a month, priced as a percentage of sales. Kyozou's example shows 1.5% on $25,000 in monthly sales, or $375. A pay-per-listing plan is also available, with example rates of $0.20 to $0.25 per listing. There are no contracts and all features are included.
Capterra lists no free trial or free version for Kyozou. Kyozou has promoted a first month free in some past offers, so ask the sales team whether a promotion is available before signing up. Plans have no long-term contract, which limits the risk of trying the service.
Kyozou does not require a contract, but it does not publish self-serve cancellation steps. Contact Kyozou through the contact form on its website or your account representative and ask to end the subscription before your next billing date. Export your product and order data first.
Kyozou connects to eBay, eBay Motors, Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Etsy, Reverb and Shopify, plus its own Kyozou Webstore that syncs with marketplace listings. It is an eBay Certified Solutions Provider. A listing created once in Kyozou can be posted to several of these channels with shared inventory.
Kyozou says the percentage-of-sales plan tends to suit sellers with many SKUs, such as 3,500 or more, and moderate sales. The per-listing plan tends to suit sellers with fewer SKUs, around 1,000, and high monthly sales. Kyozou recommends contacting them to model both.
Kyozou provides a professional services team for onboarding, training, marketing help and ongoing support. Reach them through the contact options on kyozou.com. Reviewers on Capterra mention training sessions and follow-up calls as part of the service.
Other multichannel listing and inventory tools include Linnworks, Sellbrite, SixBit, ExportYourStore and 3Dsellers. Kyozou charges by a percentage of sales or per listing, while many alternatives charge flat monthly fees based on listing or order volume, so model your own numbers before choosing.
